Steamboat natchez | new orleans

We did the tourist deed by taking a "jazz cruise" in the Steamboat Natchez while we were in New Orleans. It was a cute idea, but it was actually crazy windy and chilly that day on the boat, so it was a little less than pleasant. I sucked it up and managed to take these on the Contax, but J kept his hands firmly in his pockets so we have no additional digital shots, hah.

Portra 400 converted to b/w (I told you how this was my favorite "b/w" film right...). I'm not entirely sure what caused the streak along the left side of each frame - maybe a scanning issue or messed up film.

I kinda love this creeper portrait I got. The light on his face was too good not to take.
