Paris in February

Finally, I'm sharing a few scenes from our walks around Paris. I'm not sure what it is about being in other cities that makes me notice the light so much more than I do in NYC. Perhaps I take it for granted and overlook it here. I guess it is just easier to be inspired in unfamiliar places.

I didn't take as many photos on this trip (partly because we spent most our daylight hours inside restaurants — can't really complain about that...), but I can see how my photography has changed a bit since our last trip to Paris. It was definitely softer and a bit dreamier (examples here and here). Nowadays I'm drawn to stronger lines, shapes, and shadows. While I still love the photos taken at the Tuileries from last year, the light was just not the same on this trip.

    i've been to paris once in my life. it was my favourite place when i traveled europe a few years ago. i want to go back so badly, and this doesn't help! so beautiful. i feel it's so much more serene than london.

    i almost had tears well up when i looked at these! these made my heart so ridiculously excited to FINALLY get to return to paris this summer. gorgeously captured although yes quite different from your last visit. lovely all the same. xo

    I am French born in Paris all my youth is then paris Medical University still in paris, paris is beautiful, but there are areas to be avoided especially in the north, there you serer very top, Alice made ​​pictures in the pretty beautiful neighborhoods but Paris is not beautiful to 100% of building insalubrepas many clandestine immigration.

    I'm finally going to make it to Paris! I booked our flights trip for June, and also booked an apartment in the 7th arrondissement. I can't wait to take photos of the Paris scene. Any tips? Places to eat at?

    @ FOR G MARCH !! counsel for the 7th great area you have a large store LE BON MARCHE the 7th is mostly embassy you also have the Jardin of Luxembourg in the 6th name saint germain des prés etc. there is so much

    Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in world. These scenes taken by you in February are very stunning. These are very inspiring. Whoever visit Paris, he must enjoy its street walk. It is really admirable city. I love to have a visit of Paris in February. Newcastle wedding photography
